How Dingu took flight

Jon and Steph crossed paths somewhere between a stubborn printer, an ambitious system redesign, and a shared dislike of software that makes work harder than it should be.

Late-night debugging sessions became bigger conversations about what technology could do for growing businesses. They saw the potential of AI, but they also saw many small and midsized companies struggling to decide where to begin or how to put it to useful work.

They created Dingu to close that gap: helping businesses choose the right place to begin, building around day-to-day operations, and making adoption feel approachable rather than overwhelming.
