AI-assisted operations
Media invoice reconciliation in minutes
A review process built for hundreds of detailed invoices became a fast, AI-assisted review with a person still responsible for the final check
The challenge
A midsized marketing company needed to compare media invoices against its proprietary tracking system. An invoice could contain hundreds of line items, and only one or two discrepancies were enough to prevent the totals from matching. Employees had to inspect the entries individually to find the cause.
What changed
The new workflow pulled the appropriate purchasing data from the internal system, structured it for comparison, and used AI to identify the most likely discrepancies. Staff received a focused output to verify instead of searching the entire invoice.
The result
A complete invoice could be reconciled and reviewed in 2–3 minutes. The process supported invoices from more than 300 stations, with many reconciliations completed every week.
Connected intelligence
One secure gateway to disconnected business data
A read-only MCP data connector gave teams across the company a single place to search, combine, and analyze information that had been isolated across systems
The challenge
Important business information lived in multiple databases, internal documents, and external services. Staff needed to know where each answer lived, work around mismatched records, and rely on canned reports that could not answer new questions.
What changed
An MCP-powered connector brought those sources into a central reporting experience. Teams could search live information, reconcile data across systems, and build their own analysis without changing records in the source systems.
The result
People across accounting, client services, and operations gained faster, more thorough access to the information they needed. Granular permissions and complete audit histories made that broader access practical and accountable.
Workflow automation
One guided intake workflow across five systems
A manual, email-driven intake process was redesigned so three departments could move an order through the business with fewer errors and handoffs
The challenge
Client orders arrived by email, then moved manually through five proprietary data systems and three departments. Repeated entry and loosely coordinated handoffs made the process slow and created opportunities for mistakes.
What changed
The new workflow used AI to read the incoming order, identify existing clients, vendors, and inventory that could be reused, and suggest data for staff to enter. A shared checklist kept each step and departmental handoff visible.
The result
The connected process saved multiple hours per intake, reduced avoidable data-entry errors, and gave internal teams a clearer path from the initial order to completed setup.
